Subject: Mark 16:16 what does it say? |
Bible Note: Raven, is this a new version of Catch 22? What are our options? To do good works so God will save us? Or wait for God to save us and then keep the salvation going by doing good works? Neither option, my friend, has the palest support in Scripture. By the way, since so much ado has been made about good works, what are good works anyway? And what connection do our good works have with Christ's atoning work on the cross? If baptism and other good works save, what's the point of Christ's death and resurrection? --Hank |
