Subject: do angels sing? if so, what ch./verse |
Bible Note: Good points, Bows... However, Revelation 5:12 uses the Greek word "lego" which means to state. If it were singing it would use the word "ado." (Do I have this right, Brother Tim?) I concur that the "keroob" of Ezekiel 28:13-15 is Satan. However, the word "sing" is not present. I looked back through the Scriptures on this subject. In every case that angels are worshipping, it uses the words "they said" or "they praised God, saying" or "they said in one accord." I wonder if this could be almost like chanting? Which also causes me to wonder: why, in our congregations, is responsive reading so rare these days? In Him, Doc |
