AMPLIFIED 2015 | Revelation 3:5 'He who overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God] will accordingly be dressed in white clothing; and I will never blot out his name from the Book of Life, and I will confess and openly acknowledge his name before My Father and before His angels [saying that he is one of Mine]. [Ps 69:28; Dan 12:1; Matt 10:32; 1 John 5:5] |
Subject: Were all names once in the book of life? |
Bible Note: Ex 32:33 The LORD said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book. 32:34 "But go now, lead the people where I told you. Behold, My angel shall go before you; nevertheless in the day when I punish, I will punish them for their sin." Dear Unction, Who (apart from Jesus Christ) has not sinned against God! It appears to me, that the only remedy to having one's name blotted out, is to have one's sins blotted out! Thank God for our glorious Savior who has saved us (His chosen ones) from death and eternal wrath. Hoppy |
