Subject: a list of the prophetic symbols |
Bible Note: Rev. 16:3-5 I believe to be a literal account and not symbolic. The seas WILL, IN FACT, be turned to blood. As such the "seas" mentioned here are NOT symbolic. Show me any references to the "sea" where it IS used symbolically and explain to me why it CANNOT mean "peoples, nations, multitudes and tongues". Of course, consider if the meanings are changed if you DO think of the "seas" as "peoples...". Rev. 19:6 actually compares the voices of a multitude with the "great waters". How is it that you don't see the "peoples, nations, multitudes and tongues" here? As for: "When you study, forget all you have read what man has said ... and start afresh". That's exactly what I did.
