Bible Note: EdB, After reading the scripture you gave from 2 Pet 2:10-14, I read the rest of the chapter. Verse 22 really stands out: 22But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit,"[Proverbs 26:11] and, "a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire."
