Bible Question: Can God be suprised? |
Bible Answer: Hi peggling, In a word, No. God is, among other things, omniscient, God knows all. He knows what's going to happen long before it happens. Along with 1 John 3:20 here's a few other verses. Proverbs 15:3 "The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Watching the evil and the good." Job 31:4 "Does He not see my ways And number all my steps? " Jeremiah 16:17 "For My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from My face, nor is their iniquity concealed from My eyes.” Job 13:8-10; “Will you show partiality for Him? Will you contend for God? "Will it be well when He examines you? Or will you deceive Him as one deceives a man? "He will surely reprove you if you secretly show partiality”. No one can hide from God and no one can deceive God. Peace and Joy in Jesus bgg |
