Bible Question:
Corinthians1:21 and John15:18-25 How can you define "world" in relations to time versus eternity"? |
Bible Answer: Hi Sweet! You sure have asked a lot of questions! How about filling out your user information profile? It is my firm belief that we, as created beings have an eternal destiny. Where we will spend it has been the subject of much debate that I prefer not to enter into! I believe that the world or "kosmos" in the references that you have cited refers to the collection of individuals apart from Kingdom of God. The "world" had a beginning; and although its influence will cease, the world (those who reject the Son) will spend eternity in utter darkness. Mt 8:12; John 12:46 mommapbs |
