AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 John 2:1 My little children (believers, dear ones), I am writing you these things so that you will not sin and violate God's law. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate [who will intercede for us] with the Father: Jesus Christ the righteous [the upright, the just One, who conforms to the Father's will in every way--purpose, thought, and action]. |
Bible Question: My aunt informed my cousin and I today that queers do not go to heaven. We argued up and down that there is only one sin that you can commit and that is blasting the name of God. She claims that God destroyed two whole towns full of gays and lesobians. Of course she is a different religion. We are baptist and i think she is non denominational. Is it true that gays and lesobians will go to hell? Shouldn't we witness to them anyways though because it is not our right to judge? Thanks |
Bible Answer: yes we should witness to all unbelivers and yes it is not our job to judge them. the bible says we are to preach the gospel to all nations. now for this situation that does not mean u have to go across the country to talk to homosexuals, it means we to tell everyone about Jesus no matter who they r or what they've done. the bible also says that God do not judge or u 2 will be judged (matthew 7:1). our job is to just present the gosple of Jesus Christ. it's on them whether they accept it or reject it. i hope i answered ur question. if u have any more feel free to e-mail me at ServinGodalwayz@aol.com |
