Bible Note: Hi Ray, There isn’t a capital letter large enough to cover the respect and glory that is needed with regards to God The Father and His Son, my Lord Jesus Christ!!! These post are falling in along the lines of those the say that some have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior but they haven’t made Him the Lord of their lives yet. We can’t make Jesus Lord of anything, He is what He is and there is nothing that I, or anyone else, can do that is going to change it. Those poor people are living with delusions of grandeur, if they think God the Son isn’t the Lord of their puny miserable life! It’s a good thing that God has a great sense of humor or we would all go home the minute after we trust in Jesus for our salvation! John 10:10 (B) I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Who is making Jesus the Lord of their life in this next verse? Hebrews 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. I appreciate your gallant effort, but I personally believe that there are much bigger fish to fry, CDBJ John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. |
