The pastor should have talked to this woman privately, if the problem continued the Pastor should have gone to her again this time with 2 or three elders. If the problem continued after that the Pastor had every right and responsibility to take this woman before the church. In accordance with Matt 18:17 and 1 Tim 5:20.
