AMPLIFIED 2015 | Philippians 2:1 Therefore if there is any encouragement and comfort in Christ [as there certainly is in abundance], if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship [that we share] in the Spirit, if [there is] any [great depth of] affection and compassion, |
Bible Question:
I want to take this opportunity to thank Justme and all of you for your continued prayers for me during these two years of fighting prostate cancer. I have been able to stay around for as long as I had been given hope for, and even now being in a round of chemo therapy am feeling quite well. Thank you all. God is good. Question: In comparing/contrasting Phil 2:1 and Acts 4:31, would you say that we have lost some of the fellowship of the Spirit? Are we even united in spirit? Scriptures: 1 Cor 6:17; 2 Cor 3:18; 1 Peter 2:18; Phil 1:27; 1 John 3:24; Ephesians 4:5 From the heart, Ray |
Bible Answer: Rat:-) God bless you dear brother. If ( and I am sure it is) chemo is worse than radition was for me, you need our prayers. Be assured I will lift you up before the Lord. I pray for you to be in the direct will of the Lord. I prayed this and had great peace in letting the Lord be totally in control. I pray this for you, Ray. Blessings. justme |
