Subject: How do we open eyes to truth? |
Bible Note: You MUST take Scripture in context to get at the true meaning of it. In Matthew 24:16 Jesus is speaking to ONE particular group of people, at ONE particular time, in ONE particular place. He is speaking to "them who are in Judea," not to all people in all places. He says these exact words: "Then (when v. 15 is fulfilled, not anytime a war breaks out) let them who are in Judea flee into the mountains." Are you in Judea? Am I? Is the President? Were the twin towers in Judea? Was Matthew 24:15 fulfilled on 9-11-01? |
