Bible Question: The NKJV says, "A woman shall not wear anything that PERTAINS to a man...." What are peoples views on this????? |
Bible Answer: Here's a question that has been answered in many different ways. I believe it's answered in that a woman should wear "modest" apparrel. Most people in Bible days wore the same thing--long draping clothes. I know some people take this to mean that a woman shouldn't wear pants, but, I've seen some women working outside in the yard that needed pants on--they were showing off, without meaning to, of course. It is my opinion that a woman(and a man, for that matter) shouldn't wear anything that might cause somebody to lust after them. That should be Bible sufficient. God bless. |
