Bible Question (short): Consequences of ignoring Deuter 21:15-17 |
Question (full): Deuteronomy 21:15-17 says that a man who has more than one wife who he bears sons with, must recognize the first son of the first wife. My question is, what he fails to recognize the first son of the first wife at his death? What are the consequences? Is it just another sin that can be forgiven simply by asking god to forgive, or are their some long term and damming consequences? |
