Bible Note: Hi Bowler: I don't really know about the peace terms thing, but I think we can certainly ascertain that Moses was not referring to the non Israelites when he said that they could go ahead and marry, since he already said not to. Why would he go against what was being taught? The simple answer is: He wouldn't. Just because he doesn't specifically say so, we can be certain that that is what is being implied.
