AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 Corinthians 15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at [the sound of] the last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [who believed in Christ] will be raised imperishable, and we will be [completely] changed [wondrously transformed]. |
Bible Question: isn't the seventieth week the tribulation week? if the trumpet is blown after the seventieth week then it must be the 7th trumpet from revalations. That trumpet is blown at the end of the great tribulation with the bowls to follow right after that. The angel blows the trumet but with the direction coming from God. Please reply. |
Bible Answer: God's day to you, MFrantz, Some reference Daniel 9:27 as the seventieth week the tribulation week. The context is verses 25-27. Revelation 9:14 has a trumpet. There is debate when the trumpet of 1 Corinthians 15:52 sounds ... pretrib, midtrib or posttrib. This subject has been discussed/debated before. Searcher |
