Bible Question (short): perfect Christian? |
Question (full): My boyfriend is haveing serious problems with is walk with God. He's always searching for answers on how to be a better man of God, on faith, salvation, etc. I can show him every verse I find that explains his questions but he twists the verses around in his mind that it leaves him empty again. He does not want to have a TV in his home when he has children because everything they watch should be about God or it is bad. I do not agree. I agree on limiting the amount of TV and the trash on TV. And when Tv is consuming so much of your time that it interferes with your walk with God. He is not happy because he is trying to make everything perfect and he is making himself miserable in the process and I think really missing out on the greatness of God. NO matter what you say or what you give him to read he still feels like he is not doing enough and I just don't know what else to do. I was just hopeing someone had some advice on this. Thanks |
