AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]. |
Bible Question:
I really need help writing a essay. My essay questions are : What symbols does Christian Scripture and Jesus Christ Superstar have in common? What type of "transformation" does Christian Scripture speak of? I really need help by today 03/21/2002 All help is appreciated. GOD BLESS |
Bible Answer: My conversation with others seems to have degenerated, Guardian Seraphim. I hope that you have received enough help to write your essay. I came back to your question to look at it again, and see if I can help further, because that is what christians are supposed to do for each other, not argue. ........................................................................It has been a long time since I saw the play, but the things that made an impression upon me were ...... the way Christ was so gentle and loved so much and gave of Himself until exhaustion ......... the love and awe that Mary Magdalene felt when she was with the Lord .......... getting to know Jesus as Lord and being so in awe of the Love that He showed, which was different than any other love she had ever known ........... the pharisees, of course, were there .......... Herod, Pontious Pilate ...... Barabus ...... the cross ....... I hope this helps. Mainly the gospel, that Jesus Christ is the Messiah of the World, came and lived a sinless life, loved and helped and taught people, gave of Himself relentlessly, and suffered greatly and died on the cross for our sins.
