Bible Note: Greetings, I really worded that wrong, sorry. Yes they are 2 different things. When you are saved you give the Holy Ghost the ability to enter. For example, suppose you just bought a house and it did not have any electricity yet. You call the power company to turn it on. They send a member of the power company to turn it on for you. You have given them permission to come, but until you invite him into your house to turn the power on you do not have the power. Once you invite him in he is able to turn the power on. It is the same with the Holy Spirit. Once you have asked God for salvation the Holy Spirit has the right to come to the "door of your life' and knock, but until you invite Him iyou do not have His power.
