Subject: How were Paul and Silas singled out? |
Bible Note: In Acts 16:13 Paul and Silas went to the river which is where the Jews gather when there is no Synagogue. For Paul to be able to teach ion the Synsgosues He would present himself as a Pharasee which he was. Only he was a Messianic Pharasee. This is how he and Silas would have been recognized as Jews. Remember, the gospel was to the Jews first then to the gentiles (Acts 13:42-46). |
