Bible Question:
In Deuteronomy it speaks of Moses giving different blessings to tribes, it talks of the different stones they would carry to the Jordan and the laws they would write upon them. Later in the New Testament it talks of the twelve apostles that walked with Christ. The different tribes had different laws and the different apostles had different views and if Religion today comes from God, let's say ten or twelve different religions, that it is possible that they may have began a very long time ago with the tribes and carried on forever. Know that I am not asking you for the right answer but I'm asking you for your opinion. Like a discussion. Or perhaps, you know something about this that you would share and most undoubtly raise another question for me. No just kidding. I've read and when I go back and read I see different things, and when I talk to others, I hear different things. The right answer I do believe comes from that. Just wanted your view on the different tribes, the different apostle and the different religions? |
Bible Answer: Annaciah, since your first statement is false, all the rest of you post is based on falsehood. There was only one LAW. Read 1 Kings 11 to see what God thinks of following different religions. It cost Soloman's decendants the kingdom. Peter said : Acts 4:12 And there is salvation in and through no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by and in which we must be saved.
