Bible Question (short): Advise me please (Galatians 6:1)

Question (full): Greetings, I pray I dont get judged by my dilemma. I stay with my boyfriend of one and a half years and we were blessed with a daughter who is now 2 months. We havent yet got married in church but plans are underway God willing next year. Problem is we are HIV positive and am so sure I infected my boyfriend who is not yet aware. I feel so guilty about this and its tormenting me in that I wish not have intercourse with him. I dont know how to tell him because before all this I gave him false HIV results. I am now a born again Christain and yet he is not but I am praying for him to see the light. Our daughter is not infected (faith) because the docs at the time of delivery took preventive measures at birth with the ceaserean method and God was with me in the theatre. I need your advise and prayers on how I can confront my boyfriend because I honestly love him and dont want to loose him or hurt him. He might get demoralised in life and yet I know I need to tell him. Here in my country HIV is associated with no meaning to life although organisations and groups have been formed to help with this Stigma. I am living positively and not yet on drugs and this has helped me. I want to get this guilt off my heart because its wearing me out. So should i go ahead with the wedding plans because again the bible is against such affairs before marriage. I know I have done bad and sinned against God and my boyfriend. Do I still have a chance? I feel like a murderer, Please help me.
