Bible Question (short): Where is the Loving God???? |
Question (full): friends, In the Bible there are a lot Of God's promises in every aspect and areas of life. However in so many times people just seem to make their way outs and make justification of themselves by counteracting through the Bible as well. In so many time I've heard of people especially the victims of brokenness, tragedies , problems, and sufferings, they would say if God is really a God of Love why doesn't He stop the sufferings of this world, why does He allow things to happen even to godly people? They would qoute Psalms 121 the shining Hero that neither slumbers and who will not allow any harm to His people? where is the truth in this text when life's crushing difficulties comes? there are still many passages that tells How Loving our God is. My question is How can we justify The God of Love in this world full of evil? How can we defend Him that amidst the sufferrings in Life He will remain to be our Loving God? I would appreciate very much if you can help me with this query. I often meet people who would strike me to such question and I feel lack of answers at times. Thank you and God Bless! inheavenseyes |
