AMPLIFIED 2015 | John 15:15 "I do not call you servants any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you [My] friends, because I have revealed to you everything that I have heard from My Father. |
Bible Question: what does it mean to have God as your friend other than having everything made known to you that Jesus has heard from the Father? |
Bible Answer: A servent doesnt know what his master is doing but a frend does. jesus was making them his frends because he had made known what he had learned from his father to them.Also sence they had become partakers of his knowledge of god he had to become partaker of their earthly suffering, which he did.,and we become partakers of his inheratence. |
