Bible Question: What makes Christianity different from other religions? Don't they all lead to God? |
Bible Answer: My initial thoughts concerning your question "What makes Christianity different from other religions? Don't they all lead to God?" 1. What makes Christianity different from other religions. A. Christianity is not a religion but a relationship with the Lord and Creator of the universe. All of the worlds religions try to work their way to God. 2. Don't all religions lead to God? A. No. There are many roads but only one correct path. (See Matthew 7:13-14) Jesus Himself said "I am the way" John 14:6 Jesus did not say I am a way, but THE way. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Salvation is only through Jesus Jesus alone is risen from the dead. (This also makes Christianity different than other religions) Mohammed, Buddha, Krisha, and all other religious leaders are still dead and in their graves. |
