Bible Question: there is away... anyone know it?? |
Bible Answer: Hi only1way, Welcome to the forum. I go with the Amplified for the verse under consideration because the words are describing Deity and should be capitalized. I know that neither of the Persons of our triune God is an "it" by the way. The important thing is to know Him. Jesus said in verse l of this 14th chapter, "Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me." So first of all we know that He is God. This God is going to prepare a place for you. And where He is going you know and the Way you know, is what this passage tells us. Later in the chapter it tells us that He will be in us. And if we love Him we will keep His words. How do you interpret Acts 5:20? I'm just talking and breaking ground for conversing about what you may want to say in your question. Acts 5:20 talks about the "Life" part of the equation. "Go your way, stand and speak to the people in the temple the whole message of this Life." How about Acts 9:2? Do you think that it is the Way that they belonged to, the Lord Himself? How about Acts 19:23? Just food for thought right now. From the heart, Ray |
