Bible Note: steve, While I respect your oppinion, I cannot agree with you. If you could quote the bible for me it would give me something to consider other than your opinion or the opinion of others. I hope that I have a teachable heart. I've prayed for one. My faith is based on the bible only. When it comes to opinion, if that opinion is not supported by the bible it carries little weight with me. Let us not forget that 1500 years ago when Constantine legalised Christianity he was replacing a polytheistic religion. Replacing many gods with one may have been a little difficult with society. To replace these many gods he came up with the trinity idea as well as the idea of praying to saints. I can find nowhere in the bible where anyone other than God should be prayed to, that is Father, Son, or Holy Spirit.
