Subject: Do you forgive Judas? |
Bible Note: Dear mommapbs, Thank you for standing up for me. I have truly enjoyed the communication we have shared on this forum, but now I have been kicked off without any explanation of why. It appears that my accusers are guilty of their own accusations and for this I am sad for them and give their pain to the Father who watches and listens and sees all in hopes that He helps those that are rude and oppressing to understand that a believer is a believer and we are all equal in love. The day after I asked the question of forgiving Judas, a preacher on the radio said that forgiveness is the measurement of love and we know that God is love. Is not the head a part of the body and yet we are taught that Judas betrayed the head. Therefore wouldn't the body have also been betrayed? To say that "Judas did not trespass against me", is that not the same as saying that one is not part of the body since the head and the body are one? Bless you for your understanding of gentleness and love. Bless you, Love Fountain2 Matt 5:7-11 7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. 10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
