Bible Question: Was Jesus born in a stable (barn like structure) or a cave? And were there 3 magi (wisemen) or 30?? |
Bible Answer: “She gave birth to her son, wrapped him in cloths and laid him in a manger – there was no room for them to stay in the inn.” GNB Luke 2:7 (The manger - the place that holds the food for donkeys and other animals typically located in the stable with the animals.) Matthew is the only Gospel that refers to these visitors and without number. (Mt 2:1-12) |
