Subject: What is people sin? |
Bible Note: confusing, I am glad to attempt to explain these things according to the bible. You seem to think that it would have been better that God had not created man. Man is a victim, not of God against Satan, but of man's own rebellion against God. Man is a victim of his own selfishness. God created man for His very honourable purposes: Hebrews 2:6But one testified in a certain place, saying: "What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You take care of him? 7You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, And set him over the works of Your hands. 8You have put all things in subjection under his feet." For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. 9But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone. 10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, After becoming a Man Himself, it is God's plan to bring us into His family for all eternity! It is helpful to look to the end of the story: Revelation 21:1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2Then I, John,[1] saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." 5Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me,[2] "Write, for these words are true and faithful." 6And He said to me, "It is done![3] I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. 7He who overcomes shall inherit all things,[4] and I will be his God and he shall be My son. Pastor Glenn |
