Bible Question:
Did John taste death he saw the kingdom of God come with power? Is it possible that He is talking about the coiming of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2? |
Bible Answer: When John wrote about those who will taste death during, as well as AFTER, the "NOW of God's kingdom power and of Christ's authority," he was anticipating death for those who will "overcome Satan for 42 months by their word of testimony and by the blood of the Lamb." Satan's Endtime expulsion from heaven coincides to the END with the "overcomers who suffer death." Rev.12:10,11. This is the only explicit reference you can find to those who taste death during "The NOW (time) of God's Kingdom Power... SOME will taste death (for three days) AFTER the Two Prophets display God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days. Rev.11:7,11. Because of "God's Kingdom Power and Christ's Authority," all of the 144,000 Jews will be "fed and kept safe" to the End. Mel lastday@pinn.net |
