Bible Note: CL Once again I have studied history extensively and I have read Fox's Book of Martyrs many times. I again tell you the burning of the Old Testament and New Testament does not fit the description of the two witnesses seen in Rev. 11:3 And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth." The Old and New Testament certainly aren’t dressed in sackcloth. Nor do they breath fire from their mouth and consume those that would harm them. You said “If you think about it how could all the world see anything?” I answer Satellite TV and CNN. It has been said that nearly the whole world saw the twin towers collapse maybe not as it was happening but in reruns and such. With very few exceptions everyone in the world could conceivably watch a news event as it took place with the technology we have today, who knows what may be invented tomorrow. You said, “The only two witnesses I know that were burned together is the Bible.” Your right and since the Bible does not fit the description of the Two Witnesses that event couldn’t have happened yet. So we are still waiting for that to take place. EdB |
