AMPLIFIED 2015 2015	Mark 4:24 Then He said to them, "Pay attention to what you hear. By your own standard of measurement [that is, to the extent that you study spiritual truth and apply godly wisdom] it will be measured to you [and you will be given even greater ability to respond]--and more will be given to you besides.

Bible Question (short): What are you listening to?

Question (full): Why do you think the Lord warned His disciples to "take care what you listen to"? How do we obey this today? (I don't think that Jesus had rock, reggae or rap in mind here!)

Are we evaluating what we "hear" according to the Truth of God's Word, or are we at times deceived by clever yarns spun by worldly weavers? or perhaps even crafty clergy!? (the mantra of the 60's, "tune in, turn on, drop out" as well as the liberal media comes to mind here)

There is a result:"For to him who has will more be given; and from him who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away ( by force)." v 25 Amp - Is this a picture of the ultimate "dropping out?"
