Bible Answer: Greetings RAVEN, Here's a good quote that may explain this verse a little bit better.. "16:16 baptized. This may be a reference to the baptism of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:13). If this refers to water baptism, notice that it is unbelief, not failure to be baptized, that condemns. Water baptism does not save."
