Bible Question: READ (MATTHEW 8:19-22) CAREFULLY and TELL Y DID JESUS GAVE 2 DIFFERENT ANSWERS 2 DA PERSONS WHO WANTED 2 FOLLOW HIM? ON WAT BASIS DID HE CHOOSE OUT OF DA 2 ?? Y DID HE DENIED DA FORMER and COMMANDED DA LATER 2 FOLLOW HIM......?WAT DO U PPL THINK OF DIS POST UR COMMENTS....... |
Bible Answer: Hi rajesh005. Thank you for your question. The answers are different, because the first one said, "I will follow You wherever You go", and it was made clear to him that it would not be easy, whereas the second one said, "let me first go and bury my father", and Jesus made it clear to him that nothing must stand in the way of being a follower of Christ, in other words, Jesus must come first at all times, and in all circumstances, You cannot say, "yes, but let me do this first", it is always, "now, or not at all". Every blessing. parpar. |
