Bible Note: Dear Guy, Thank You, your response has so much affirmation for me. And what a resource of information. This must be an indication of how much emphasis we must put on Satan’s' deceiving practices. You know it drives me crazy that it doesn't seem to bother my friends like it does me. That they just keep going about their business without any concern to the deception. I mean I know I have backslidden caused from just one little lie, i.e. in my search for the truth I was told not to be mislead and to go astray, so instead of continuing my search and finding the scripture that says it's O.K. to test all spirits I backed off and was ripe for the picking (BAD MISTAKE). I’m back searching for the truth stronger than ever, but I admit to losing much needed ground for evangelism. That’s just one little lie of a myriad of them. It seems overwhelming doesn’t it? It seems that there is more meaning to the word “believe” (John 3:16) than meets the eye. Again I thank you for your response Guy, and I pray that your loved ones will recognize how strong Satan is, that they are watchful and weary to his ways. God bless you. William |
