Bible Question: what are the 3 points in chapter 17 of luke verses 11-19? |
Bible Answer: Jeri, The 3 points are: 1. To love self as leper so we can love lepers as ourselves, and so not have to be leprosy-free to lvoe self, and so to remember where we came from and so remember who healed us and so to go back to say thank u. Love being the spirit of memory or remembrances or memorials. 2. To hate self as a leper is to be so overexcited at being leper-free, so over-certain that to be leper-free is my right, and is to be so unwilling to remember and so to be so willingly forgetful of my former hated state of leprosy, that the leper-self-hater is unthankful for what he thinks is his right and so ungratefully forgets who he was and also who healed him! Hatred of self as any word being the spirit of forgetfulness: no one wants to remember what they hate about themselves and so s/he willingly forgets anyone even the healer who wd remind them of the hated state they were in. 3. Only 1 on 10 loves self as leprosy-free AND as leprous! Love and respect, Giam |
