Bible Question (short): True or False study question |
Question (full): Hi Forum Brothers and Sisters, Hope all of you had a joyous and relaxing holiday season. I am doing a Bible study and one of the questions is a bit tricky to me. I was wondering how some of you would answer it. The question is (based on Matt. 26:28) true or false: In this verse we see that Jesus shed his blood for the remission of everyone's sins. The word 'everyone's' is underlined, so does 'many' mean 'everyone'? I believe Jesus died for everyone's sins, but grammatically 'many' does not mean 'all' so now I am confused on how to answer. Would you answer this question true or false? and why? Thanks for your input, Bows44 |
