Matthew 18:8 ¶ "If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble and sin, cut it off and throw it away from you [that is, remove yourself from the source of temptation]; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into everlasting fire.

Subject:  MAT. 18:8?

Bible Note:  I agree with you Jalek.

Another way of saying it: If anything tempts you to sin, and if you cannot consistently overcome that temptation, then do whatever you have to so that you do not have to face that temptation in the first place. For example, if you sin after seeing magazine covers on the news stand, then don't ever go to the news stand no matter what you may need/want from it.
