Bible Note: JVH0212: The Holy Spirit is in everyone of us. The Holy Spirit is the power within us, not us. We have the authority to exercise the power through Jesus Christ. Jesus in this parable Matt.24:45-51 tell us that He has given us the same authority he had. So if Jesus can do it we can do it. He has given us the same authority He had. It is not us, but in us Christ (Rom. 13:14). We can only exercise that authority with faith like a mustard seed. The children that are disobedient is generally due to a lack of discipline. Once the child understands the consequence and FEAR the consequences they do listen (I'm not talking about those who lack understanding). When the demons saw Jesus they trembled with fear. We have the same light working in us and it is evident in the spiritual realm through faith. 1 John 4:4. If you want me to elaborate I can but I'm sure you know more verses supporting this.
