Bible Question: HI is GOD word to take (root)? or the people take (root)? in the church or the field or the world people take(root). GOD word accomplish where every it go or fall. (IS 55-11 |
Bible Answer: Hi God's word is suppose to take root in us. In the parable about the sower (Mat 13:3-8) it states the the Word was not rooted the birds ate them, the sun burned the up, and the thorns grew up and choked them out. But the Word that was rooted yielded fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.By the Word being rooted in us gives us security in the Word and He that gave it, for if we were the one doing the rooting, would we need Christ as our anchor or would we be the anchor, it would imply that we are the one doing the securing, and you know how fickled we can be. We are not the foundation, the Word of God is which is Christ is. For God's Word is His Word weather we feel it or not. |
