AMPLIFIED 2015 | Matthew 12:32 "Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit [by attributing the miracles done by Me to Satan] will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. [Mark 3:29; Luke 12:10] |
Bible Question: If you have been born again. Then claim you are a god. Is this forgiveable? I got to thinking about this today. Because of all the teachings on televisions claiming we are gods. Then someone today on a message board ask are not all the false prophets born again christians? Then I got sick to my stomach. What if this was the most ingenius sceme of the Devil to get Christians born again and then get them to blasphemy god. |
Bible Answer: Hi You need to look at two portions of scriptures...Psalms82:6 and John 10:34- 39... As born again christians, we are not claiming to be God, but God's children. Therefor we are not blaspheming but are witnesses. There is a large difference between god with a little g and God with a big G. Does anyone else have thoughts on this. The unforgiveable sin is the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit...Matthew 12:31-32. Seedling |
