AMPLIFIED 2015 | Matthew 11:19 "The Son of Man came eating and drinking [with others], and they say, 'Look! Bible Question:
Was it ever mentioned in the Bible that Jesus drank wine? I believe I remember reading that; where Jesus was telling the people that John the baptist never drank wine and He did but yet they condemn John the Baptist and they accept Him. Please help me somebody to either clear up that or to nullify that notion. Also is it OK to drink a glass of red wine with your meal? |
Bible Answer: Hi chosenone How about this as the definitive answer, "JESUS DID" drink wine ! A clear cut verse that says our Lord drank. MARK 14:25 "Truly I say to you, I will never again drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God." Vintage68 |
