AMPLIFIED 2015 | Matthew 11:19 "The Son of Man came eating and drinking [with others], and they say, 'Look! Subject: Did Jesus ever drink wine? |
Bible Note: Dear Brother Tim, As to your point in the first part of your answer my answer is Not Necessarily. People come to conclusions based on their experience from studying the scriptures. And even then as they study further their conclusion may change with more enlightenment. You still didn't answer the second part of my question. Why is that? Could it be because you know preachers are guilty of not spending enough time on the despicable sins because people don't want to hear the horrible. Could it be that discussing wine is a more safe subject? I think of the people who raise the grapes for wine. This is their livelyhood. How would you witness to them? Could it be that you would tell them they have to find another means of feeding their family? Could it be that we make being a christian harder than it has to be? I believe we do. What say you?
