Bible Question (short): Is my marriage o.k. in God's eyes? |
Question (full): I have a marriage license through a minister of God. I was brought up as a Catholic. My husband died 17 years ago. My present husband was divorced. His xwife is remarried. I know that it was not because of unfaithfullnesst. We have been married 7 years. It is a good marriage and we are very happy together. It is unfathomable that we seperate. It would hurt so many people . Lately I have been asking him if we could get an annullment from his first marriage because I'm afraid that God may consider me as an adulterer. But my husband says that it is not necessary . I am having a hard time with this. Could you please enlighten me on this? |
