Bible Question: if my preacher is not living holy will i be held accountable for it by being under him? |
Bible Answer: An important area is the maintaining of the moral and spiritual cleanness of the congregation, both by our own conduct and by reporting cases of serious sin that come to our attention. Although Christians are not under the Law (Jesus fulfilled it and provided the superior blood sacrifice once for our eternal benefit), note the principle in Leviticus 5:1: "If a person sins because he does not speak up when he hears a public charge to testify regarding something he has seen or learned about, he will be held responsible." |
