NASB | Ezekiel 10:14 And each one had four faces. The first face was the face of a cherub, the second face was the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Ezekiel 10:14 And each one had four faces: the first face was the face of the cherub, the second the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. |
Bible Question (short): Face of the cherub or the bull? |
Question (full): Why the "face of the cherub" and not the "face of the bull"? Ezekiel described the faces of the cherub in two places, Ezek 1:10 and 10:14. I have always wondered why he described the face of the bull as the face of the cherub in Ezek 10:14, possible textual error? |
