Subject: Does "'almah" mean "virgin"? |
Bible Note: Greetings again Dave! Yes, I do believe that "almah" in Isaiah 7:14 SHOULD BE translated as "virgin." So there is no argument there from me! :-) I am in complete agreement with you on "almah" being "virgin" in Isaiah 7:14. The Zondervan NASB Exhaustive Concordance and The New Strong's Exhaustive Concordance both affirm the rendering of "almah" as virgin in this verse. Blessings to you, Nolan |
