Bible Question (short): Does it say this in the Bible ? |
Question (full): hi, I am doing my RS coursework but am stumped with quotes. I grew up in Zimbabwe and was always taught that the consiquences for breaking the ten commandments (particuarly murder) was punishable by enternal damnation. My only problem is that I cant find any quotes to support this phrase. My teacher has told me the phrase eternal damnation is wrong and is not used in modern teachings. The closest I could find was Deuteronomy 5:32 but it is very easy going and dosent say much about the consiquences of disobeying the ten commandments. Please any help would be much appreciated ! kgp |
