Bible Question: Please explian this verse to me. |
Bible Answer: Greetings women of faith! I interpret Isaiah 60 as describing the glory of Jerusalem in the millennial kingdom. Isaiah told the city that her light has come, putting Jerusalem in contrast with the rest of the darkened world. The light is the Lord Himself! And the darkness is a symbol of gloom, oppression and sin (see 8:22; 9:2; 59:9). Blessings to you, Nolan |
